AFTER YOU HAVE CALLED AND REQUESTED SERVICE

We will produce all the shipping documents.  These may be faxed, emailed or mailed to you.  You simply fill out the documents and return them to us.  Included in the documentation is an invoice clearly showing the shipping charge.
